The Somerville is owned and run by Peter and Helen, helped by a dedicated team. We are well established and have the professional experience you can rely on to make your stay with us reliable and enjoyable.
Ideally situated for exploring the local and the wider area, The Somerville is just 400 metres from Torquay's inner harbour and the Torquay Marina.
As well as high quality accommodation, we also provide guests with award-winning delicious, inventive and varying breakfasts to start every day with. There's always a home-made cake to enjoy when you come back from a day out too.
The Somerville has an enviable track record and has won numerous awards - both this year and in previous years too. At the time of writing (June 2023) we are 1st in the independent Tripadvisor rankings and hold a current Certificate of Excellence.
